Join Our All-Star Team!

If you are energetic and have a passion for sports and working with children, then this is the job for you! FirstPlay Sports coaches are highly motivated, creative, reliable and knowledgeable about their specific sports. We recruit certified teachers and current/former NCAA athletes for our programs throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts and Virginia.

We offer both part-time and full-time coaching opportunities with flexible schedules on a year-round basis. Our coaches work with children ages 3-13 years old and are instrumental in teaching the fundamental skills of each sport and engaging participants through a variety of drills and games. Coaches participate in a comprehensive pre-season certification process that provides all of the coaching tools for success. Applicants must have access to a vehicle.
