Great Foundation for Team Play

Good fundamentals are the key to success in basketball. Dribbling, passing, shooting and footwork will be taught in a fun and exciting way. The children will learn the basics of offense and defense, including setting plays, rebounding, and man to man coverage. This a great way to prepare children for starting team play. After teaching our young athletes the technical aspects of the sport through dynamic drills and fun group games we then help them apply what they have learned through real games.
